You'll get a reply from a real person in Kenya, not an autoresponder. If you've given us dates and a group size, the reply is an itemised quote naming the exact camp you'd stay in — transport, accommodation, park fees and meals broken out line by line. If anything is missing, we'll ask one round of questions and then quote. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you've seen the numbers and confirmed with a deposit.
